Project: Redesigning waiting area and interventions on the facade 

Client: Oxford Probation Service 
Location: Macmillan house, St. Aldates, Oxford

Problematics:
(negative) public perception of the organisation,
stigmatizing attitudes towards probationers,
uninspiring (dull-prison like) interiors,
relations between staff and clients,..


Main goal is to improve the clients experience with innovative interventions and design,
encourage more positive public perception of the organization
